Cancellation Policy

Before dispatch
You may request a cancellation at any time before your order has been dispatched. Cancellations must be sent by email to umair@novsarka.co.uk and include your order number. We will confirm by email once the order has been cancelled and any payment refunded.
After dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer want the item, you must follow our return policy after the item is delivered. The item must remain factory sealed and unopened to be eligible for a return.
Custom or held orders
Orders held at the buyer's request or arranged outside our standard dispatch schedule may not be eligible for cancellation if the item has been reserved specifically for you. We will confirm the cancellation terms at the time the arrangement is made.
Refund timing for cancellations
Cancelled orders are refunded to the original payment method within 3 to 5 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
