How to start a return
To request a return, you must contact us first at umair@novsarka.co.uk with your order details and the reason for the return. We do not accept unsolicited returns sent to our trading address. Once we receive your request, we will review it and confirm whether the return is accepted.
Condition requirements
Returns are only accepted if the item remains in the exact condition it was dispatched. For sealed products, the factory seal must be completely intact. Once a sealed product has been opened, tampered with, or the seal broken in any way, the item is no longer eligible for return. Graded slabs must show no signs of damage, tampering, or removal from their protective casing.
Approval and processing time
All returns must be approved by us before any refund or exchange is processed. Approved refunds are typically released within 3 to 5 working days from the date we receive and inspect the returned item. We will confirm approval and processing by email.
Return shipping
The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is incorrect or defective. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit back to us.
