Sole trader status
Nov-Pokemon is operated by a UK sole trader. This website is not a limited company. All transactions, liabilities, and correspondence are handled under the sole trader's name and business registration. Invoices and receipts will be issued in the sole trader's name upon request.
Trading address
The trading address is available on request and will be provided on order confirmations, invoices, and return correspondence. We do not operate a physical retail shop; all sales are made through this website or by direct arrangement.
Shipping and export restrictions
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We do not export outside the UK. If you are outside the UK, please do not place an order. International shipping may be added in the future at our discretion.
Customs, duties, and taxes
For any UK orders, the price shown includes VAT where applicable. There are no additional customs duties for UK delivery. If we later offer international shipping, the buyer will be responsible for all local import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
Age and resale restrictions
Pokémon trading cards are generally suitable for all ages, but some high-value transactions may require the buyer to be 18 years of age or older. Purchases are for personal collection or resale only; bulk buying for commercial reproduction or counterfeiting is prohibited.
Authenticity and liability
We authenticate all graded slabs to the best of our ability by referencing the grading company's registry. However, we are not affiliated with The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, PSA, BGS, CGC, or any other third-party brand. All trademarks and intellectual property belong to their respective owners.
