General terms
All promotional offers, discount codes, and sales are subject to these terms and any additional terms published with the specific promotion. We reserve the right to modify or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Discount codes
Promotional discount codes are limited to one use per customer unless otherwise stated. Codes cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions. They must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.
Excluded products
Certain high-value slabs, investment-grade products, or items already marked down may be excluded from promotional discounts. Exclusions will be listed in the promotion details.
Abuse and fraud
We reserve the right to cancel any order or revoke any discount where we suspect abuse, fraud, automated script use, multiple account creation, or any other attempt to circumvent promotion terms. This includes creating multiple orders to reuse a single-use code.
Returns with promotions
If you return an item purchased with a promotional discount, you will be refunded the actual amount paid after the discount was applied. The promotional code will not be reissued or restored.
